Customers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure. Any activity performed through the user account will be considered the responsibility of the account owner. Caprahost is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence in protecting login credentials.

Payment Terms and Renewals

Service fees must be paid in advance for the selected billing cycle. Services will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service. Any promotions or discounts are valid for the first billing term only, unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use Policy

Customers agree not to host harmful, illegal, or abusive content, including:

Violation of this section may lead to immediate suspension without refund.

Service Performance and Availability

Domain Registration Rules

Domains registered through Caprahost must follow ICANN policies and domain-specific rules. Renewal and expiration of domains are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Failure to renew on time may result in permanent loss of the domain.

Termination of Services

Caprahost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms of Service or if any activities pose a risk to network security or reputation. Customers can cancel their service at any time through the user dashboard.

Limitation of Liability

Caprahost is not responsible for financial loss, data loss, or damages caused by service downtime, cyberattacks, technical errors, or third-party failures. All services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Modifications to Terms
